經過一個禮拜(其實只有五天)

山上的伙食讓人很可以節制

早餐還是令我很期待，是那蔥抓餅阿餅

我也努力(忍著)挑了幾根超苦的青菜吃

很容易灌下一碗又一碗的熱湯，天氣實在是夭壽太冷

便秘了幾天我覺得是環境適應不良

走了，以很快的速度，好幾公里的山，爬了一大堆階梯。

所以下山的結果是 瘦囉～

好開心

就這樣一直瘦下去吧！

寫在日記本上的計畫有魔力喔，好像真的會(自然的)照著那樣的計畫走，那我得要好好、小心的計畫下來才行。

K這個英文字對我來講很有意義

也許什麼東西改變了說不定？

就像現在也喜歡拿叉子代替湯匙跟筷子

環境真是個很奇妙的東西
